Pop Site (formerly Pagic) is a multi-tenant platform for launching and managing personal sites at scale. As co-founder and engineer, I architected and built the product end-to-end: the visual editor, the rendering engine, the frontend architecture, animations, and the underlying infrastructure. The product earned #1 Product of the Week on Product Hunt and Awwwards Honors, and reached 9,000 users within twelve months of launch. Stack: Next.js, React, Supabase, Mixpanel, Vercel.
