Trinity Caribbean manages a rental portfolio of more than 60 apartments — and keeping up with maintenance across that many units is a full-time headache. I built them a platform that turns it into a process: role-based access for managers, staff, and technicians; analytics to see where time and money actually go; and automated Telegram messages so the right person knows about the right issue the moment it's reported.
